Onny Setyawati gibt folgende Bildbeschreibung: „SEM micrograph of underetching process of a nanoimprint-polymer (of ~200nm in thickness) underneath the dielectric material (DBR mirror) (of ~600nm in thickness). Residual polymer is shown, and the structure peeled off after the process. With additional lighting and bubbles, the structure looks like a sea star that rests silently under the sea, that is why this picture is put under the thema ´Ruhe´.“
